We've been roasting Cebu-style lechon in Quezon City since 2017 — native pig only, 11–30 kg live weight, made to order and never pre-cooked. The recipe is Cebuano, passed down through generations; every order leaves the roasting pit and is driven straight to your Metro Manila door.

Boarcher is a family-run Cebu lechon house. We started serving Greater Metro Manila in 2017 and have stayed deliberately small — one roasting pit in Quezon City, native pigs only, and a Cebuano recipe handed down in the family — so every lechon that goes out is one we'd put on our own table.
